I'm an award-winning certified project manager — PMP® and PRINCE2® — with over 20 years driving strategy and delivering high-impact, transformational projects across Africa. My specialism is project design, planning and implementation.
I've been, and continue to be, a teacher and mentor to project managers around the world. Seven prestigious leadership and project management awards have followed that work — but the part that has kept me in it is watching other people's projects, and careers, come good.

As a digital creator I keep an active, highly engaged presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, sharing career lessons without the varnish — the mentorship tips, the missteps, the motivation. I use my own journey, from Mbeere onward, to make leadership and personal growth feel reachable.
That work became a book. Overcoming Imposter Syndrome takes on the professional mindset barriers that keep capable people quiet: the pressure to shrink, to wait to be chosen, to mistake invisibility for humility.
